This year, we are proud to introduce the inaugural edition of the Ventus Junior Championship, a WAGR (The World Amateur Golf Ranking) counting event, which will be held under the tournament directorship of the distinguished Head Coach Erol Şimşek, who has achieved numerous successes on the Challenge Tour and the European Tour. The tournament will take place on 28–30 January 2026 at Gloria Golf Club.

Sponsored by Gloria Hotels & Resorts and Gloria Golf Club, and scheduled to be held annually during the last week of January, this event aims to bring together talented young golfers from many countries — particularly Turkey and Poland — and to contribute to the development of international competition and sporting culture.

Organised under the umbrella of Ventus Exclusive, the primary objective of this initiative is to support the development of young and talented athletes from different countries, to contribute to their sporting achievements, and to strengthen the spirit of friendship and unity among players.

In addition, the tournament is designed to provide young golfers with valuable international competitive experience, exposure to different cultures, and a solid foundation for their future professional careers.

The Ventus Junior Championship is not merely a sporting event; it is intended to serve as a platform for passing on universal values such as fair play, discipline, respect, and a sustainable sporting culture to the next generation. By bringing together players, families, coaches, and the wider golf community, the event also seeks to foster a strong international network within the sport.
